After a successful first engagement, our client returned 3 years later for a new collaboration — this time to transform their Monital manufacturing operation from a sole-operator setup to an institutional business. We started with a current state assessment, then prepared an expansion feasibility study and designed the production restructuring needed for the transition. We built marketing strategies and delivered team training programs. We provided direct executive oversight on the first phase of implementation to ensure a smooth shift from individual to institutional operations.
