Veterinary Sector Project — Sohag

One of our most complex and rewarding projects — three businesses in one: poultry, animal feed, and veterinary pharmaceuticals, with overlapping operations and high working capital requirements.

Phase 1 (2.5 months): We started with a full current state assessment and analyzed available system files, then ran complete simulation models to separate the three business lines. We organized cash flows and mapped them to each project while accounting for cross-dependencies. We designed the production structure by department and project, and developed the marketing and sales plan.

Phase 2: Capital turnover cycle design and target setting based on Phase 1 findings, team training, execution, and direct executive oversight.
