We delivered a comprehensive internal development package for Dr. Hossam Tahseen Clinics for cosmetic surgery, dermatology, and hair transplant. We trained physicians on marketing communication skills with patients, and trained front-line staff including public relations and reception on professional performance standards. We also trained the call center team on engagement techniques and converting inquiries into actual bookings. We designed job descriptions and the internal communications structure to ensure organized workflow, alongside providing internal marketing and sales services.
