We delivered a comprehensive setup and medical marketing package for Derma Glow clinics. Starting with brand identity creation and interior design supervision to ensure a consistent patient experience from the first point of contact. We then trained service providers on patient engagement and internal marketing standards, and built personal branding strategies for the physicians. Alongside this, we provided ongoing management and marketing consulting while managing the clinic's digital content and online promotion channels.
