We handled the full setup of Careline Service from scratch on behalf of the client - starting with the foundational feasibility study, legal establishment, brand identity creation, organizational structure design, recruitment, and team training, all the way through to activating external contracts. We managed the company entirely during its first 3 months of operation while providing marketing and management consulting, then handed over the business fully operational and ready for the client to run independently.
