We partnered with Beauty Clinic from brand building through to expansion. Starting with brand identity creation, front-line staff training, and physician personal branding. We managed digital content and provided ongoing management and marketing consulting. When the decision to expand came, we handled new branch site selection and oversaw the full setup of the Tagamoa branch.
