One of the largest research projects we've executed in Egypt. We covered the entire country from Aswan to Alexandria through direct field visits to 160 centers nationwide. We conducted revitalization marketing research and comprehensive data analysis, and carried out geographic surveying to open new distribution lines. We reactivated sales communications with existing clients and built marketing and market alliances to expand reach. We explored external expansion and export opportunities. Internally, we trained sales representatives, activated the customer service department, and established and operationalized the factory's marketing division from scratch.
